Long story short, i HATE using premade modpacks, but decided to try out FTB direwolf20;s packs becuase it has MOST of the mods i prefer to use, using the launcher and some trial and error i managed to remove all the mods i DIDNT want and add in all the ones i DID want, but found the launcher wouldnt allow me ot use a custom java prompt to launch the game.
So i basically copied everything formt he launcher created folder ot my normal minecraft folder, and for no reason at all, it refuses to load and keeps crashing.
Now i would love to provide a copy of my error log for people to glance over, but the forums dont allow posts that big, and its too big for pastebin to allow so in order to post that i need an alternative method.
Until i can do that though, i use this code to launch my minecraft: "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xmx4096M -Xms2548M -XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -jar "C:\Users\Guba\Desktop\Minecraft.exe"
I also know that one of the many errors it gives me when i load up outside of the FTB modpack is one mod will error, then the next mod will claim it is dependent on that mod, then that mod will error becuase it doesnt have the mod it depends on, then the next mod will error becuase THAT mod errored... until every single mod in the mods folder has errored out, and is unplayable.
Try and post the main part of the crash in paste bin
Which part is the "main" part? The crash report i have is 368 pages long. Assuming i take out the pages that are just repeating "Added X item from Y mod, wont survive a 1.7 update" that still somehting like 300+ pages to sort through.
