I currently have and issue that I believe, was caused by Skydaz installers (Which I use very often, and is very useful) and when minecraft runs, it says something like:

Forge mod loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation
You have mod sources that are duplicate within your system
Mod Id : File name

CodeChickenCore : minecraft.jar

My minecraft is running with more than 10 mods and is version 1.6.4. I tried Deleting another minecraft.jar which I found, but it didn't help at all. It still replies in the same way. I've tried reseting minecraft and then reinstalling my mods, still, I get the same reply. The mods I'm using are:

Minefactory reloaded
Thermal expansion
Thaumcraft
Ars magica 2
Steve's carts 2
Morph
NEI
Buildcraft
Map writer
Factorization
Iron chests
Project red
Tinkers construct
Betterstorage

Sorry if I'm making a post that has already been answered or made. It's just because I can't find a topic/post that asks this question and has a solution to it.

Plz fix this, it's ruining all the fun I have on minecraft with my favorite mods.

I think the folder is just called "mods". Thx for replying, but I'm not sure which one to delete, one them says 0.9.0.6 and the other says 0.9.0.7.

Edit: I'm also planning on installing mods that aren't from Skydaz. Here is the list of mods:
