Shaders mod causing see-through ground

This keeps happening while I'm walking around. It doesn't happen constantly but it happens pretty often and it gets annoying.

Does anyone know how to fix this? This is 1.7.2 single player using Chocapic13's shader pack found here: http://www.9minecraf...13-shaders-mod/

I use the same shaders with no problem, maybe something with your video drivers can't keep up all the time? Pressing F3+A should fix it when it happenes, it reloads all chunks around you.
