I'm tellin' you man, Optifine could have crashed your modpack.

You could either try removing optifine, or mess around with the settings in the text editor.
I don't use optifine, but I remember it has an options.txt I think.... That's the name.
It's in your minecraft folder.
But before you try the second option, you need to make sure it's Optifine crashing the game, so remove it for a little while and see what happens.

Make sure all mods are up to date and for 1.6.4, try removing Optifine, or as a last resort attempt, delete all the mods and put them in one by one until Minecraft crashes.

From the look of that crash it looks like 1 of your mods is trying to generate a structure like a Stronghold but something is blocking it from generating. What I would do is SEARCH UP EVERY SINGLE MOD IN YOUR MODPACK and see which mods generate structures, take all of those mods out, delete your config. And load up you modpack IN A NEW WORLD with one of the mods that generate structures. If it doesn't crash your game leave it in there and put in the next structure gen. mod until your game crashes.
