Just wanted to say, I've got the pack working now but do you have any optimization techniques as my pack doesn't run as well as yogscast complete and that has 140 more mods than me!
Not really. I'm still trying to figure out why my personal pack is so bloody inconsistent. It has 105 mods, some rather complex ones at that. It ran at about 70-90 FPS. I reinstalled Minecraft to clear some weird errors and it wen down to 40-60 FPS with identical settings. I started tweaking things, it went back to 70-90, but now window focus is behaving strangely.

Looks like it's trying to get a texture for a block.
Try removing optifine andsee what happens.
What do you mean? Optifine IMPROVES optimization doesn't it?
