Custom modpack starts not responding.

Hi, I am playing on my server running a custom modpack I have made and I am able to login but after 5 minutes or so of playing the minecraft program starts not responding. The same thing happens with singlepalyer. It doesnt leave a crash log but here is the DEV Console log: http://shrib.com/vQK5x8f2
If anyone knows whats going on please help!
