My kids and I are trying to play with Mod Packs using the Technic Launcher. They are both running what we've chosen with no issues on their PC's and I am crashing before the game loads on my older iMac.

I am able to play Hexxit but not the other ModPacks we have tried - Oasis 2014 and The Diamond Dimensions. The mod packs seem to load ok. But when I select the pack and click play, following the Mojang screen I get a crash report.

I don't know a lot about computers, but thought this information about the computer and OpenGL Engine might be helpful, since that is mentioned in the log.

Thanks for your help. I got a bit further after installing the latest java and then after a reboot, my HDD died. So that may have had something to do with my issues. Everything is working fine with hardware issues resolved and newest java.

I tried it, and it didnt work. Is there any other way? My problem is sort of the same, but it stopped crashing when I logged on. Now its just when I go on my specific favorite world, and its pretty frustrating. Plz help me get my favorite world back!!!

now it wont load at all

Have you checked if you have the latest version of OpenGL because it could be you PC cant handle the graphics of the mods
