Weather & Tornadoes CRASH! HELP!

So I finally figured out how to install Weather & Tornadoes, I go into Minecraft and it crashes each time! Now of course I have done research and I see that their is a way to fix this, (I have a Windows 7 computer)... you have to do something with "Bin" and I don't have that. Someone help me figure out how to stop the crashing because I really want to play with this new mod!!

Wrong section again. This is mcpe mods. You want mcpc mods.

Assuming you're using Minecraft version 1.6.4, go to that website and download the latest installer for 1.6.4

Run it and make sure you choose 'Install Client', now press 'ok'.

Now you can install mods! So firstly go to your Minecraft mods folder which is located at C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods

Now make sure you download the right version of the weather mod from the correct website: http://www.coros.us/mods/tornadoes

Drop the thing that you download into that mods folder.

Finally, when you start up Minecraft, choose the 'Forge' profile in the bottom left corner.

Oh I had downloaded 1.7.2 with 1.6.4 thanks!BY that I meant 1.7.2 for Forge and 1.6.4 for the mod.
