Can Someone help me with my launcher?

When i download forge,and after finish download it it say "how to install it is"Extract it so i extract it

And when i Just delete all the things that in that zip.

My minecraft says"FATAL ERROR:net.minecraft.bootstrap.FatalBootstrapErrpr: Unable to un - lzma: LZMA.LzmaException: LZMA : Data Error

PLease Fix And restart"

Can someone Help me with that

Hmm, I would totally reinstall MC and not use forge if I were you.
