My computer is a bit on the low end to run shaders, but I found one that I could run well enough that the lag did not interfere with my playing. It was working perfectly fine while I tested verious shaders, but now that I've decided on one (chocapic's, to be specific) I've been running into an odd error.
Nearly every day at sunrise and sunset, I'm suddenly down to 1 frame every 5-30 seconds. Lag goes away if I turn the shader off. When I try to turn it back on, I get an error along the lines of "Failed creating shadow framebuffer." It also shows the status (error code?) 36054, and usually lags badly. Re-loading the world does not fix the issue. Closing the game and restarting it does fix the issue, but only until the next sunrise/sunset. I do not encounter this error if I have the shader turned off at sunrise/sunset. I played for several in-game days before this began happening with no problem.
Does anyone know what is causing this?
