Whenever you get something like this, it means you need to install a mod because one of the other mods requires that mod. This usualy happens with core mods (e.g., bspkrscore), but I'm not sure which mod needs NotEnoughItems and why, but to fix it, just install NEI.

When you go to downloads for 1.7.2 it will have both of those listed. In my case NEI works but Waila does not. Regardless, you have to make ChickenCOre and NEI work first and then Waila goes on top of that.

Not Enough Items from chicken bones is requirement for Waila since Waila is extension of NEI. As per Profmobius forum post here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1846244-172-waila-152/
You will also need CodeChickenCore. Forum for both of them is here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/909223-164-smp-chickenbones-mods/
