Ok. Everytime I try and launch a modpack on the Technic Launcher, it just clears away like its going to play but just comes back to the launcher. This happens with every modpack and I just cant think what it could be? Security? Java? The launcher itself? If it's security or Java a step by step on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Like to every Answer and 5 star rating to best!

Minecraft forge is crashing before any mods even get initialized. This should not be happening. Try removing the folder of the mod pack you were trying to use. If that doesn't work, try re-downloading the technic launcher. Also, you don't need to pm me about this, that's what this post you created is for.
I'm used to mods crashing, but it all relies on assuming that forge works without them. That lets me diagnose which mod is causing it, and why. If forge is causing the crash, I'm out of options. I suppose you could post about it on the technic pack forums though. They might be able to give you more support than me.
Attempt this:
go to your application data folder (%appdata%)
look for something that says techniclauncher (or something similar)
either delete or rename the folder
relaunch the technic launcher
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Eventually, someone will, utterly by accident, click my reputation up.
I made my own shader pack, by the way.
