i have quite a few mods installed but i cant seem to figure out what is causing my game to randomly freeze when i get hit or hit something. it freezes and eventually i have to close it via task manager. ive tried taking out the mods i was using at the time of the crash(mobs, items, ect) but it keeps happening. the last time it happened a moment ago was when i loaded into the nether for the first time in this world. can someone help me out.

anything i can do?

This could either be caused by Minecraft running out of memory, or by an issue in one or more of your mods.
Try allocating more memory: http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/out-of-memory/
If that doesn't help, ensure Forge and all your mods are up-to-date with the latest version for the version of Minecraft you're using.
