I've been battling this problem for about 2 hours now and I can't seem to solve it.

So what happens is CCC keeps on downloading a file

that I obviously downloaded awhile ago but it just downloads it everytime I load Minecraft which happens to double the file and I get this error .

Someone please help me with this problem.

Delete ForgeMultipart-universal-1.6.4-1.0.0.219.jar in .minecraft/mods/1.6.4
