I'm playing on a single player game of minecraft 1.6.4 with 66 mods loaded (Mod Heaven <3), but when I load it, it lags so much, I can't even press F3 to check my FPS! Is there a way to get optifine with forge? Or another lag-reduction method? All Video Settings are low.

The world completely renders around me. After reloading minecraft, I'm able to play with around 20 FPS, and every 30 seconds or so a lag spike that bring me to 5 FPS for about 3 seconds.

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Dual Core Processor 4400+ (2.30 GHz per core)
Graphics Card: NVidia GeForce 8600 GT
RAM: 2 Gb
DirectX: 11
Java: 6 and 7 installed, currently using 7.

I've fixed it, I suppose. Biomes O' Plenty causes insane lag, so I just have to play on a default world type, not Biomes O' Plenty. But now I'm getting an ID conflict that I can't fix, because neither mod has a config file! I made a new thread for this problem here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2540803-cant-fix-id-conflict/
