I installed Optifine 1.7.5 today and after opening minecraft, I noticed that all the shadows in the world now had issues (seen in pictures below).
This is the only mod currently running on this world, and it is a singleplayer world that I run on LAN.
I have tried running Minecraft with older versions of Optifine, as well as without entirely, however the world is now stuck like this. I have read other threads saying how it is an issue with the lighting engine, but I doubt the lighting engine (which I had had 0 problems with in the past) suddenly decided to stop working coincidentally after installing Optifine, and not to this level.
I have also gone onto other computers (that do not have optifine installed) and have joined the LAN game, and they have the same shading issue.
I'm running Windows 8.1, Minecraft 1.7.5, with the following comp specs
Core i7 3770K
16GB RAM
2TB HDD
128GB SSD
Sapphire Vapor-X ATI HD 7950 3GB
