Please ignore this post, I went back to my configs just now and noticed they'd all reverted to the defaults with everything enabled!! Re-disabling them got it working with only one version of each ore spawning in my world
Hi everybody.
I've created a mod pack for myself and my friends to play with but I noticed that several of the mods add various ores such as copper, tin, aluminium, etc. which are all different to each other.
Most of the mods have config files where you can set the generation of these ores on or off, yet even after I've set them to off I'm still getting all of the different versions of all the ores generating in new worlds.
The mods I'm using that are generating ores are:
Tinker's Construct - Tin, copper, aluminium, cobalt and ardite all enabled.
IC2 - Disabled copper, tin, aluminium, enabled lead, uranium.
Galacticraft - Disabled tin, copper, aluminium, enabled silicon and all moon and mars ores.
Thermal Expansion - Disabled tin, copper, lead, enabled silver, ferrous/nickel.
Mechanism - Disabled tin, copper, enabled osmium.
Is there anything I'm doing wrong when trying to disable the generation of the extra ores? Should I be setting them as "enableoregen=off" instead of "enableoregen=false"?
