Hey guys,
Firstly, I use the Technical Launcher to run tekkit and I assure you, my computer specs are more than capable of handling any minecraft modpack in singleplayer. HOWEVER, the moment I myself, start a multiplayer server for my friend and I, when I join it, I experience lag in the form of stuttering. Each time i move my cursor left or right, it freezes momentarily, then continues, if i stand still, it's fine. After running several of my own tests, I know for a fact that when i put the server up, it is doing something to my individual tekkit and making it annoying. Surely there is a simple fix out there.
Some notes.
Windows 7 64 bit. I use the .jar for the Technical Launcher to ensure 64 bit java. Operate at half my dedicated vram 4gb, Tried lowering it to 1 and increasing it to maximum. I can run 4 full game applications and yet still receive no lag on single player, however, when my server is launched there is a different story.
Help would be overly appreciated.
