if its an optifine cape you need optifine to see it
I'm pretty sure they're saying that other people can see their cape. So in other words, it's either not optifine or they did donate. There're cape mods. =P

I buy a optifine cape and I cant see my cape I opened show capes in multiplayer settings.. I spend my 10 dollars. I am a student and It's a big money for me :'( I' m in turkey and 10 $ is 22 Turkish Liras
You need to have optifine to see it. Step 1: Go into multiplayer settings and turn it on.
Step 2: Go to Details (i think) in the new video settings and turn capes on.

Stupid lol this is OptiFine were talking about, yes, but it is a mod. Its not a launcher, you use it IN MINECRAFT. Patchers are outside mc.
Chill kiddies. I can't see mine either, but I'm guessing other people can see it? I am not fussing, at least I helped people.. Not trying to be a total jerk and pay for freaking prizes.
