I have Optifine installed, but I'm pretty sure it's not the cause of the problem.
My Minecraft runs fine, but when I switch tabs or try to close the game, my computer becomes extremely slow. I play on a server with a livemap, and I keep open when I play. When I try to switch around, it can take the page up to 2 minutes to fully load. Sometimes my minecraft even crashes when I try to switch tabs.
I have about 25% of open hard drive space. I've tried a disk cleanup, but it didn't work. Any other solutions to this problem?
