So yesterday I reset my computer to Factory condition to clean it, and improve it's performance. Before I reset it, I didn't have any issues with Pixelmon 3.0 whatsoever.
But after I reset the computer and reinstalled MC, Forge, and Pixelmon, I get a HUGE drop in FPS whenever certain Pokemon enter my view. Klink is one of those Pokemon, so I used it as an example (sort of). Not only does framerate drop to like 0.07 FPS, but the Pokemon's skin is also blackened :s
Here's what it looks like:
If anyone can help me figure out what's wrong, I'd really appreciate it D:
Okay so I uninstalled and (re)installed Java v7 update 51, and cleaned out my %temp% and Prefetch folders, but nothing seems to have helped D:
I'm hoping that it's just an error with the actual Pixelmon files, although I doubt it because I didn't get this problem a few days ago (before the reset), and that 3.0.2 fixes it.
I tried starting a Single Player Pixelmon 3.0.1 World, and I couldn't make it to the "Chooce Your Starter" Screen; my Minecraft freezes completely before the world finishes generating. I tried the same thing with Pixelmon 2.5.7, but it also froze before the world generated.
Maybe that'll make it easier to figure out what's wrong? D:
Yeah, Vanilla Minecraft works fine, it's just Pixelmon. I haven't changed computers (or drivers for that matter) since the reset; I re-updated anything I had to.

Thanks very much, though!
