Ok, I have redownloaded Minecraft after a couple unfortunate accidents with my computer(including a short-lived BSOD which I easily recovered from without buying a new comp). I install Minecraft and Forge 1.6.4 recommended, then make separate directories for different sets of mods and different profiles for them. However, when I try to run them, Minecraft's launcher continues to run with Java 6(it says the detected version is jre 6u45) instead of Java 7 which it's supposed to. When I try to launch a profile with Java 7u51 it says could not create the Java Virtual Machine(I have 64bit Windows 7 and 8 GB of RAM). When I let it run with Java 6, it continues to crash with this error report:
