I have had the same problem, I Traced it back to the Saved Player Locations.
How you fix it is this way
1. Open the location to your saved games, open the map/world folder.
2. While inside the World folder, find the "Players" Folder and open it.
3. Delete any saved player .dat files. (This will not lose any saved items and levels on your world.)
4. Once you have deleted the data files, you should now open MC Edit.
5. Place your spawn point and save it.
6. Now when you die, you should spawn in your designated location.
How it bugged.
Something went wrong when adding multiple player locations on the map, it saves their location so when they come back into the world their in the place where they left it.
For some reason or another it bugged out, I logged in on multiple accounts on my computer and thats when it bugged. So just don't do that and you will be set.
