I tried to use MagicLauncher to load these mods on 1.5.2:
EE3
Forge
Modloader
NEI (after that didn't work, I tried TMI)
Optifine
After having no success whatsoever, I tried to go back to using just Optifine and Forge for 1.7.2. Now, none of my worlds will open for 1.7.2 on MagicLauncher. They load fine on the vanilla launcher. Many of those worlds were created post-1.6.4, too. They were working fine before I loaded MagicLauncher for 1.5.2.My failed attempts at a solution:
Clearing my .minecraft
Attempted to install mods manually (I gave up eventually)
Reloaded important worlds in 1.6.4 then in 1.7.2
A few things I can't do b/c I use a rented school Mac (security is as tight as it can be, giggity):
Can't modify hardrive much w/o Admin username/password (can still use Commands and Safe Mode, but even then, it may be limited access)
Can't mess with settings other than stuff like mouse sensitivity and background
Only personal files (homework, projects, music, etc.) can be modified 100% by me
Can't install anything w/o using Safe Mode (I don't know how to do that. I would need personal instruction, because the process is very specific and changes every time I restart my computer.)
