It looks like you zipped the minecraft folder in your reobf directory instead of its contents. If you simply zipped the reobf/minecraft directory, that will cause this error. I actually had this error myself and was able to find a solution. Just compress the directory or directories inside reobf/minecraft, which for you would be flame and possibly net, and not the reobf/minecraft directory itself. This should fix your problem. If it doesn't, post a new crash log after trying this.
