Thank you for helping! P.S if you cant use installer for Flans Mod, PLEASE tell me why my forge uni wont open?!

I tried to re-create your crash with Forge 9.11.0.883 (using the installer) and Flan's Mod 4.1 and it didn't crash. I suggest you try a fresh install of forge and Flan's Mod. I'm not saying this is what you did, but if you did anything during the Flan's Mod install other than putting the Flan's Mod jar into the mods folder, like putting it into the forge jar file, that may have caused the crash. If re-installing does not help, post the crash report you get after re-installing.
