My 8 year old daughter just got minecraft last week. I managed to get CandyCraft and Oceancraft to work. She would like to have these mods:

What would be the best version of minecraft and forge? I have tried all of them and everytime I install them it crashes. I also am currently getting rid of viruses due to some of the downloads. Do you know of links for downloads for these that do not have viruses or add on programs? I just want her to be happy. She has really bad eyesight without her glasses and she is the sweetest girl in the world. She tries pleasing everyone and I just want to be able to get her these.
