I have started making my own mod packs (I've only made three so for, all of which have been 1.6.2/1.6.4,) and I have included Flan's mod in all three of them. I have tried only Flan's mod for 1.6.2. The content packs I used are WW2 Pack, Modern Pack, and Ye Old Pack. So far, every time I use a vehicle crafting table, of any type, it crashes my Minecraft. Here's what my Minecraft says:

You need to install the Simple parts pack for it, otherwise the vehicle table's got no substance :3

The same thing does it to me and i think i have the same versions and I don't have it on a server.

Anything that looks cartoony in the list of items, works!
but the non cartoony looking icons seem to be invisible , but you can ride/drive them

also some of the weapons shoot invisibly too, like the panzersheck or however you spell that
the vehicle crafting table also causes the game to crash
i have forge installed, minecraft 1.7.2
i have mcpatcher if that makes a difference

Lower your forge to 10.12.1.1110 hope this helps!

Using 1.7.10 Flan's mod 4.7.10 and getting the same problem. Updating to 4.9.0 will see if it helps
