Minecraft Forums

I have tried in the past to get mods on my minecraft before. I ended up corrupting it. I looked at youtube videos... it just doesn't work for me. I need someone to help me via Skype to screen share so they can help me like that. I just cannot learn how to do stuff via YouTube. All of my friends know how to mod... on Windows... and cannot help me. So I'm reaching out as a n00bie on the Minecraft forums. I have only ever gotten the timber mod to work once, but when I tried to go back and put another mod in, it corrupted my whole Minecraft, and had to reinstall it. I don't want to go through the 50+ hours up straight watching video after video again. So if someone is willing to sit down and show me how or give me files and tell me where to put them, that would be amazing. this is also going to be for single player and a server as well. Please help. I'm not very "Finder smart".
