Recently, I've decided to start a "Modded Survival" world. The mods I have are:
1. Not Enough Items
2. ComputerCraft
3. BuildCraft
4. IndustrialCraft
To note: When I started the world, I only had ComputerCraft and BuildCraft installed and this problem started before I installed IndustrialCraft.
I've never installed these mods before so I am not familiar with them. The texture pack I am using is Sphax GrungeBD Craft and all of the mod's textures are patched with this texture pack.
This problem seemed to start happening when I entered "excavate" in my mining turtle to make a quarry in a desert. I imagine it's some kind of chunk problem because every time I enter a certain chunk, I get a horrible lag spike, around two frames per second but it goes back to 50fps after a couple seconds.
I'm not sure if it is actually the turtle that caused this problem as I have made other quarries with my turtle previous. Could someone provide some enlightenment to this problem or a solution to it? Thanks.
-Fixed-
Solution: Starting a new world. I still have the world save if anyone can still give a result to what happened.
But I couldn't get it to take the snapshot during the lag spike but it starts whenever I get next to the pumpkin closest to my turtle.
the entity number also stays around 20-28 entities and rarely 30. I should also note that my OptiFine performance settings is locked at 50fps to prevent fluctuation.
122 loaded (and un-rendered) entities? It's weird. You're in Far and this it's normal.
Forge log? You have it? For view if it throws any sort of graphical error or something.

I just started a new world. It was inevitable, I didn't want to go hundreds of blocks away to find the ores from IndustrialCraft anyways.
From what I've heard and seen, these kinds of mods are pretty delicate in performance. In my newly generated world, the same lag spike happens again but it stopped after a short amount of time, I no longer have these lag spikes. Multiple things could have happened. The seed, maybe something happened with it's generation? Who knows.
Thanks for the help.

Take a screenshot in the problematic chunk and give me a image if you can
