This is the error message I got in the "ForgeModLoader-server-2" folder of my Voltz 2.0.4 server D:

And I have herd that you need to manually download some of those files, but which ones? and when I click on some of them it brings me to an error 404 page with the word nginx under the error 404 message on that page ! I am using Microsoft Windows 8 that is an x64-based PC with 8G of ram and a 4.9 rated graphics card (rated by the system). I am also using the newest version of java (7 update 45)

Unfortunately I have tried completely disabling my firewall and selectively disabling it for just java, and independently downloading each of the 6 files it states before the error message, but half of them takes me to an ERROR 404 page (as stated in my post) and when I cleared the lib folder in the server folder and added the new files, the same error code appeared (as stated in second post), so I am wondering if the technic pack, Voltz server download file is corrupted or if there is some other way of getting an uncorrupted file that is does not have a zipped portion in it like the lib folder originally has in it.

Ok thank you! I just downloaded the server from technic today so, unless technic has not updated forgemodloader, then it should be up to data, and if its not up to date how do I update it, from what site? if you find anything out email me... i'll PM you my email for privacy lol

Does FTB have Voltz as a modpack in it, or are there totally different ones? Is it similar to technic, because I have herd at school that somehow technic is illegal or something like that, so I am wondering the pro's and con's of both launchers.. if you have any advice or opinion I would be thankfull. And do more players use technic or FTB?

i tried downloading those links and some said 404 Not Found

that's a problem of Forge. With the 1.6 update, they have deleted the versione on forge 1.5.2
Voltz & Ampz don't run, they need an update of forge.
