Help!

I've been making my own 1.5.2 mod pack with 123 mods, but when i add them to a forge server, I get this crash.

Help would be appriciated!

Also, after reading the paste bin log, I see that it is loading 122 mods out of the 123, so one mod might be bugged but not sure.
