Also, what does the development console day (in the launcher, tab at the top?, should be something like "java exception")? You can post the output using spoiler tags ([ spoiler ] [ /spoiler ], without spaces between the spoiler and brackets, preview first).
In addition, is it a Forge jar you added mods to*? In that case, you need to go to edit profile and check JVM arguments and add -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true and -Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true or Forge will refuse to run the game.
*I prefer adding non-Forge mods (that is, a mod I made myself) to the Forge jar as a library, using the method described here; then you can easily update or remove it without having to restore the jar with a backup or reinstalling Forge.
How much memory are you allocating? That error can happen if you try to allocate too much, more than about 1 GB on a 32 bit system (if you have 64 bit, you should use 64 bit Java); note also that despite what everybody says, Minecraft doesn't need that much memory unless your are running HD textures or a modpack like FTB (the Optifine thread recommends 350 MB for vanilla; not sure how demanding DivineRPG is but the default allocation of 1 GB should be plenty).
it wont even tell me it just sais that it can not create a virtual machine no data running or nothing i have no mods at all either so i really dont know. maybe i should try tekkit but whatever thanks for the suggestions though

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
edit: kay so now it sais: Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will exit.
