Right. I want two things. Forge Client files and Crash Report file. They are located in the default installation and the crash reports folder respectively. The Forge Client files are titled e.g.: ForgeModLoader-client-0.log (You'll want the most recent one). The Crash Report file should be the most recent the file name with contain date, time and year so we want the most up-to-date.
Post them to http://pastebin.com/ and I'll take a look. I also want a complete mod list and version thereof also on http://pastebin.com/. In the mean time please uninstall all java and jdk (If you have have it) and install only Java 7 both the 32bit and 64bit versions.

1. Hold down the Windows Key and R to bring up the Run dialog.
2. Type in: dxdiag and click Ok.
3. Click the Save All Information... button.
4. Save the file to your desktop.
5. Copy and paste the contents of that file on pastebin.
Also did you uninstall all java and jdk (if you have it) and re-install only java 7 32bit and 64bit?
EDIT: If the dxdiag file is too big for pastebin then put it here in a spoiler
