I get this error crash message when i try to use the universal electricity and ICBM mods.... Somebody please help!

Looks like you're new.
Let me tell you 3 things you need to know.

1: Update your mod. (universal Electricity has been out on version 3.0.4
2: Updating Java. Sometime mods only work on a specific Java version. Mac does have a problem with Java 7 so it's not the best thing to do for now

3: THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!
Do you think mods work with every single version minecraft updates too?
Well... sorry to break your heart but no....

Minecraft 1.7.2 will not work with any mods that don't fit that version.
