Just reinstalled Minecraft from scratch, Vanilla 1.7.2-1.7.4 works (if laggy).
Upon installing the latest Forge installer (v7.2.74.1005) and the latest Biomes O' Plenty jar (1.7.2-2.0.0.570), I receive the following crash report:
