A few months back I was playing Minecraft Feed the Beast with Optifine and I was getting chunking errors involving chunks disappearing and reappearing while simply just staring at them.
What happens exactly is I'll turn and chunks will begin to vanish and will only reappear as I walk towards the area.
The problem here is, though, that trees will only chunk half-way or cliffs will only partially chunk until I'm completely in front of them.
This all took place on a paid dedicated server.
Since then, I've played Vanilla Minecraft with friends on a non-paid dedicated server hosted by him and I was getting no such problems.
Today, we started playing Tekkit on Minecraft version 1.5.2 on a paid dedicated server and I'm getting the chunking problems once again.
I'm not using optifine.
Here are some screenshots to show everyone what exactly I'm talking about:
-Updated my Java
-Disabled Threaded Optimization in my Nvidia Control Panel
-Change my view distance to Extreme with OptiFine.
-Messed with chunk load settings.
-Tried enabling Advanced Open GL
Here are more pictures of how my game looks when I'm flying and have Render Distance set to Extreme:

Update #2: This is starting to happen on single player worlds as well, just not nearly as bad and loads more.
When playing singleplayer Feed the Beast or Tekkit, the problems aren't nearly as severe as multiplayer but they're still there.
Here's another video example of the problem I'm occuring:
EDIT: The video shown is from my gameplay using the Tekkit mod pack.
