What to open Optifine with?

Hello guys. I am able to download optifine, but whenever I want to install or open it, it asks which program I want to open it with and I've basically tried everything, but it doesn't work. Thanks in advance

Winrar. Also, you could just install Forge and not have to do anything with Optifine at all besides placing it in the mods folder.

what baconboy said you could also use 7zip but forge is much easier as you an auto install it and just drop optifine in
