The type of lag I am getting is basically how Minecrafters with a slow internet connection will experience in a multiplayer server. In other words, not a FPS lag, it's like, when you break a block, it takes about 2 to 5 seconds to update.
I tried allocating 2 GB of RAM and it still doesn't fix the issue (I have limited amount of RAM installed). Are there any mods that I installed is causing the lag?
Any solution regarding to this is greatly appreciated, thanks!
What you're experiencing is tick-rate lag. If you do /tps in the chat, it'll give you a lot of information. 20 ticks/second is the best. Not exactly sure of the cause, though. Possibly a memory leak or something. Try installing Opis (which comes with MapWriter) and look at Direwolf20's spotlight and learn how to use it. It could be a solution.

NEW PROBLEM: I can't download Opis as Adfly is stuck at "Please Wait". This is just so frustrating. I have tried searching "var_url" at "Inspect Element" to bypass this but it just doesn't work at all.If you have Opis for Minecraft 1.6.4 can you upload the file on MediaFire and send me the link?EDIT: Nevermind, I used DeAdfly and it solved the issue
