Tekkit launcher cant connect to minecraft.net

i am having problems with tekkit. everytime i try to log in it says cannot [connect to minecraft.net].

i have reinstalled the launcher many times and reinstall the technic launcher folders.

even when i do not put in a password or a username and just clicked log in it still says the same thing.

i have also tried to put my email there but the nothing is different.

i really need help pleasez

Can you log in to Minecraft.net? And have you bought the game?
