Mods are crashing my game!

Hey everyone this is probably already a Topic but anyway I have one question
Mods are crashing my game I Login onto mine craft then when I am on the 'Mojang' Page it just instantly crashes I also have MCPatcher I don't know why this keeps happening! Please reply if you have any suggestions! Thanks for reading.
