i having issue installing forge it keeps telling me can ot find or load main classes how do I fix this?

When it says it cannot load main classes that might mean

1. It cannot connect to the internet
2. Your selecting "Server" instead of "Client"
3. Your files for Minecraft aren't in %appdata%/Application Support

Try to fix these things if they are incorrect.

i am using the enstaller but none of theose issues are it
I cant open it when I open it it says that and I have perfect internet connection it is something about windows 8 and that account I have nother accound on same computer and it works fine
