Can not load aether II mod with forge :(

I installed forge 1.6.2 and when I use the aether mod for 1.6.2, I get this error

forge 871 is the latest for 1.6.2, your using 804, try updating that. http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/index.php?action=files
your java is 1.6, 1.7 is current, again update http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Update to java 7? Why the heck would I do that? Java 6 is far more stable and polished. Ever since I downgraded to java 6, there have been a lot of problems solved. Java 7 drives me crazy.

But I will try updating forge.

Java 7 is the latest version and has served me since the day it came out with no issues whatsoever. Update to it.

I am not going to update to java 7 until I try the latest forge and it still doesn't work. I would rather run a stable, polished and final release of java 6 rather than a glitchy java 7. Java 7 is annoying, downgrading was a relief.

I tried updating forge and I get this error. I get the same error even when I update to Java 7.

nevermind found a way to fix it. And the solution was NOT updating to java 7.
