Can't find any tinker's construct slime island

I have been playing with tc recently and i cant find any slime islands
How can i make them spawn
Do i need to install some other mods or just do it in the config?

Just to be sure here... You are looking up, right? They spawn quite high in the sky. Can't check right now, but I'd estimate Z of 150+

I know that you would have solved your problem by now, but, if anyone else can't find them, and have mystcraft installed, try find an age that has some.
