its simple.
Download the "Technic Launcher" and launch "Vanilla" minecraft
-------------------if you don't want to continue to use the technic launcher.-------------------
Copy the contents of "C:\Users\<user-account>\AppData\Roaming\.technic\vanilla" over to "C:\Users\<user-account>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft"!
then un-install technic by deleting the launcher icon and the .technic folder in "C:\Users\<user-account>\AppData\Roaming"!
tip: type "%appdata%" into the search in the start menu or into the address bar in windows explorer to access "C:\Users\<user-account>\AppData\Roaming"!
PS: This was written for unmodified minecraft but since it involves use of a launcher outside of Mojang's I put it here!
