Hello, a user of my modded server is getting the error Internal exception: java.netSocketTimeoutExeption: Read timed out when trying to join the server. Other people are able to connect and he says he can connect to other servers. I was asking him a few questions on our forums: http://atomics.enjin.com/forum/m/19196407/viewthread/9991020-how-to-join/page/2 Can someone tell me if this is a server problem I need to fix or if its a problem with his computer? Thanks!
To diagnose this problem we are going to need to see a Trend Micro HijackThis log. Trend Micro HijackThis is a utility that is used to collect diagnostic reports of your computer to help narrow down an issue you may be having. Download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/
Run the program, choose 'I accept', then 'Do a scan and save a log file'. After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, and paste it in spoiler tags for us to see.
