So recently I am having the issue of Minecraft not letting me allocate any more memory then its default ~500.
Currently have 57 mods installed, Iv tried singeing them out with out luck. The issue is once the Memory % reaches 85% Minecraft lockes up for about 2 seconds then frees up about 10% of the used Memory and repeats.

Iv re installed minecraft, Java 7, even re installed windows itself. Iv tried setting the jvm in the default launcher to something then then 1G, i.e. 8G, 4G etc.. it changed nothing, and Iv tried changing the allocated memory for java its self same issue. But a fresh un modded minecraft I have the same issue BUT it dosent studder / lag.
PC specs.
AMD FX 8120 8 Core O.C to 4.5 Ghz.
G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB DDR3 1600.
Evga 4GB gtx 760.
Windows 8.1.
and Minecraft it self is running on a SSD.

well default one is "-Xmx1G"Iv changed it to 4G 8G, 4096M etc.. I also have tried putting "-Xms4G" but that one just reloads the launcher when I press play.
