I'm wondering how to get minecraft to load all the custom features of the mods I'm using when I load a custom world from World Painter. IE getting the special ores from certain mods to load underground with all the regular ores. Millenaire villages.....everything...etc.
I think I understand the basics of chunk loading and how World Painter regulates what loads etc.
I read the World Painter FAQ page. I don't fully understand the explanation they provide about block ID's. Does it involve placing these custom blocks by hand? Can you get it to just generate the mod custom blocks automatically just as they would normally? Where to find the block ID's.
I imagine there's plenty of you out there who play moded custom maps. All the help you can give would be very much appreciated!!!!
If you are referring to an existing world, generating brand new chunks should allow the game to add those ores into the new chunks. If a new world, they should be everywhere.
