Let me enlighten you on some things about my computer and what I have done to try and stop this:

-Tried installing Optifine (Of course it crashed but worth a shot, so I got rid of it)
-Have 8 GB of RAM, 50% of that is being used right now with FTB DW20 pack up and running
-My graphics card is up to date and is good enough to run this pack

Now, exactly, why am I getting lag spikes every 4 seconds or so? This is frustrating and very annoying.

Update: Turning off Vsync only "helped" get rid of it, but I am still experiencing it, just to a lesser extent. I am not sure yet if this is linked to world chunk loading.

Uninstall and reinstall java x64 bit, worked for me, now more lag spikes

I think I have a x32 bit on my computer... idk, I will have to check, I have a x64 bit but I don't know, I will try it out.

Thought that helped, but the lag came back -.-

Update : Found the problem, the "Used Memory is going up exponentially on the DW20 Pack itself. Any way to fix that? I have more RAM for it to use.

Update : All I had to do was push the RAM up, it is working now, thanks for the help though Sarge
