I am having trouble with downloading Forge. When I try and use the installer, I download it, but it only opens up in WinRar and doesn't take me to the actual installer. I heard that I might need to do something with my computer to make .jar files executable, but if someone can show me how to install it with the javadoc (have found absolutely no tutorials on how to install using javadoc) it would be appreciated. Also, I am trying to do it for 1.6.4, and 1.7.4 when Forge updates.
